ok, so here's something to write about - my garden

I have officially started my garden, such as it is.

I planted sugar snap peas in a couple of window boxes and some lettuce in a few pots. 

This is all in advance of my bigger plan to have a couple of raised beds to grow more. 

I am also planning on tomatoes.

This is all extremely exciting for me - growing things is the best thing ever.  It's really hard to believe that the seeds I just planted are going to actually grow.  To be perfectly honest, I won't really believe until I see the little shoots.
